Free AI assessment
Find the AI case that pays back first
One to two days with our engineers and data scientists. We review your strategic targets with you, map the candidate use cases and rank them by expected return, based on what we have delivered in plants like yours.
- Your strategic targets turned into concrete AI use cases.
- Each case checked for technology fit and business fit.
- A ranked shortlist with the expected ROI, and a pilot plan for the first one.

What the assessment is
Strategy first, then the cases that serve it
Most AI projects stall because they start from a technology, not from a target. The assessment starts from yours: the yield, energy, quality, maintenance or emissions goals your plants must reach in the coming quarters.
Our process engineers and data scientists work through those targets with your team, list the use cases that could move them, and rank them by return. The ranking combines what we have seen work on similar assets with your own knowledge of the process.
Every case on the shortlist is checked twice: can it be built with your data and systems, and is it worth building now.
Who joins from your side
- Plant or production manager: owns the targets and the priorities.
- Process engineer: knows where the process loses yield, energy or quality.
- Digital, IT or OT lead: knows the data sources, systems and network.
From ours
- A process engineer and a data scientist who have delivered cases in your industry.
How it runs
Four steps, one or two days of your team's time
Scope
Targets, plants and assets in scope, who attends, and a short checklist of the data you have.
Targets to cases
Your strategic targets broken down into candidate AI use cases, with the value each could bring.
Technology and business fit
Each case checked against your data, systems and integration, and against value, ownership and scale.
Ranked shortlist
Cases ranked by expected ROI, and a pilot proposal with measurable targets for the first one.
Two checks for every case
Can it be built, and is it worth building?
Your data and systems can carry it
A good idea without the data behind it becomes a long data project. We check it before you commit.
- Data available: historian, lab analyses, maintenance logs, raw-material data
- Data quality: sampling rate, history length, gaps, sensor coverage
- IT/OT integration: how the data reaches the platform, cloud or edge
- Closing the loop: whether set points can go back to the control system
The return justifies starting now
Cases are ranked by what they bring and how fast, using results from similar plants as a reference.
- Value at stake: yield, energy, quality or downtime, in money per year
- Time to impact: how soon a pilot can show measurable results
- Ownership: a team on site that will use the results every day
- Scale: how many similar assets and plants the case can be replicated on
What data each type of case needs
- Yield or energy
- Process telemetry: sensors, set points, throughput.
- Quality
- Laboratory analyses, samples and raw-material data.
- Predictive maintenance
- Maintenance logs and failure history.
What you leave with
A plan you can take to your management
Ranked use cases
The candidate cases for your plants, ordered by expected return and feasibility.
ROI estimate
The value at stake and the expected gain for the top cases, with the assumptions behind them.
Data and integration gaps
What is missing for each case, and how to close it.
Pilot proposal
Scope, measurable targets, team and timeline for the first case.
Questions
Before you book
Is it really free?
Yes. The assessment is free and does not commit you to a pilot. If a case is worth it, you receive a pilot proposal; you decide whether to go ahead.
Remote or on site?
Remote by default, through video calls and screen sharing. Our team comes on site if you prefer.
Do we need to send our data?
Not to start. A description of your data sources is enough for the workshop. To check data quality on a case, a short extract helps; your data stays yours.
What happens after the assessment?
You receive the ranked shortlist and a pilot proposal for the first case. The pilot runs on the Wizata platform, and once it proves its value the model is replicated on similar assets.
